Imagine handing over the vision for your event to us, turning up and it is all done for you!
This package is for the customer who wants to arrive to their party & their picnic is ready to go.
We will setup in either a park or private residence and can cater up to 100 guests.
All you need to do is bring the food & drinks, then it's party time!
wet weather options
We can never can control the weather but what we can do is have a backup option, just in case.
In the event of wet weather we are able to move your picnic to your backup option.
No one wants to cancel a party just because of a little rain!

Our business is insured & registered to ensure that all of our setups comply with council regulations.
We want to make sure that your party can run smoothly & insured against any unfortunate events.

PARK PERMITS
All Gold Coast parks require a park permit for commercial pop-up picnics.
Festa Bella will take care of any park permits that are required & will inform you of any regulations that need to be followed.
This ensures your picnic is not interrupted by a shut down by the local council.

All pop-up picnics will include setup & pack-down of low tables, cushions, rugs, platters, picnic tableware which includes glasses, plates, cutlery, napkins, table decorations and personalised sign.

Our minimum picnic size for the
Deluxe Package is 8 Guests.
Picnic for 8-12 people: $450
Picnic for 16 people: $500
Picnic for 20 people: $600

For bookings above 20 people please contact us for a custom quote.
Please note above prices do not take into consideration council permits that may apply to some locations.
